Kastrullen är en mysig restaurang mitt i backen där du under säsongen 2021/2022 kan du njuta av Jägermeisters Winter Garden After Ski, med bland annat DJ Mothander. Hoppe, Kastrullens ägare, svarar på några frågor om deras omtalade after ski.
Hur ser en typisk after ski ut hos er?
På Kastrullen finns ännu ingen ”typisk after ski” eftersom vi på grund av pandemin fått skjuta på lanseringen till denna säsong. Hos oss, mitt i backen, hittar du den där härliga förfest-after skin som du bara inte vill lämna. Från torsdag till söndag med DJs och livemusik. Under vintersäsongen sitter vi under tält och på våren flyttar after skin ut på den soldränkta verandan.
Vem besöker er after ski?
Kastrullens after ski är för alla! Partygänget som vill smygstarta kvällen, skidåkaren som vill ta en törstsläckare mellan åken eller den som söker en enklare after ski.
Vad är ett måste för en riktigt bra after ski?
För mig är det uppträdandet och musiken som gör en riktigt bra after ski. Det är, i min mening, vad som gör en after ski till just en after ski.
Vad rekommenderar du att man dricker?
Jag har svårt att hålla mig till ett svar när det gäller denna fråga. För en klassisk after ski är det såklart öl och en Jäger-shot som ska drickas. Under försäsongen däremot, när det är kallt och burrigt ute, vill man kanske ha något varmt. Då föredrar jag kaffedrinkar eller drinkar gjorda på varm choklad. Under våren är det otroligt trevligt med en Aperol Spritz, både snyggt, gott och otroligt perfekt att avnjutas i solen. Om man inte föredrar en stor stark vill säga.
Vilken är ditt bäste after ski-minne?
Åh, gamla Sunwing! 1995/1996! Då pjäxorna låg i entrén, folk halsade ur sina burköl och hängde i balkarna. Det var ett sådant drag att jag är förvånad att inte taket flög av. Då fanns det bara en after ski i Åre och det var denna. Det fanns ingen gästlista eller kö, det var först till kvarn som gällde, och vi som var där hade det ruskigt kul.
