Snart är det jul och vi letar dryck som passar bäst till vårt svenska julbord! Upptäck våra innovativa snapsar D Aurum och Gullmun Akevitt Fleur-de-Lis från grannländerna Danmark och Norge, snyggt innehåll och dekorativa flaskor. Inget julbord utan öl. Varför inte prova ekologiskt veteöl från Beziers i södra Frankrike. Smakrika och fylliga Alaryk matchar till och med ostar och ostron. Julmat och vin, jo det går alldeles utmärkt. Vi föreslår vitt vin från Alsace och Sicilien, Turckheim Pinot Gris Réserve 2021 och Mandrarossa Zibibbo Secco Costadune 2019, det är smakrika och mjuka viner med lagom friskhet. D Aurum Akvavit
D Aurum har en fin avrundad smak av ren krondill. Ekfatslagringen ger snapsen mer kropp och mogenhet, toner av vanilj, sötma och en lätt kryddighet. Den långa tiden på ekfat ger också snapsen en gyllene färg – aurum är guld på latin.

Mandrarossa Zibibbo Secco Costadune 2019
Zibibbo Secco Costadune har samma friskhet och arom som sitt berömda syskon, den aromatiska muscatdruvan. Det är ett vitt vin med generösa dofter av mandel, aprikos och apelsinblommor. Smaken är mineralrik med tydlig citrus, persika och blommig fläder, den har en behaglig syra och en liten ton av sälta.

Turckheim Pinot Gris Réserve 2021
Vinet passar med sin fräscha syra och kryddighet utmärkt till smakrika fiskrätter och dricks traditionellt i Alsace till charkuterier. Vinet matchar även kryddstarka rätter som exempelvis asiatisk mat. I Alsace dricker man ofta pinot gris till Foie Gras och andra charkuterier. Vinet bör serveras svalt, ca 10-12°C. Vinet kan utvecklas något med ytterligare 2-3 års lagring.

Gullmun Akevitt Fleur-de-Lis
Gullmunn Fleur de Lis är en mild, delikat och lätt akvavit gjord av noggrant utvalda norska örter som kummin, ljungblomma, johannesört, kamomillblomma och irisrot. De fina integrerade oljorna kommer från 10 månaders mognad på nya bourbon-fat. Denna typ av fat producerar milda, söta ek toner och exotisk frukt. Gullmunn Fleur de Lis är helt naturlig och utan tillsatser av färg och socker vilket gör denna lätta akvavit ljus i färgen.

Alaryk Blanche
Alaryk Blanche är ett utmärkt matöl, särskilt till asiatiska rätter med heta kryddor. Det passar också bra till skaldjur som kräftor och ostron. I Frankrike dricker man det gärna till smakrika ostar och sötsyrliga rätter.
